The Saint Joseph Vascular Surgery team is in search of our newest Nurse Practitioner! The Vascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner works in partnership with Vascular Surgery Attendings, surgical residents and a NP partner in the delivery of pre/post surgery care for our vascular surgery patients. Some responsibilities and highlights you can expect in this position are:
- Hours are typically 7am - 4pm, Mon- Fri with no call (weekends are covered by our residents)
- Opportunity to work with complex vascular patients
- Attend and participate in clinical team conferences regarding patient progress, problems and needs

We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in Colorado, or able to obtain
- Current BLS, DEA, and full prescriptive authority
- Minimum of 1 year of NP experience required (please no new graduates)
- Experience within a cardiovascular hospital unit see post-operative patients, required
